Our Policies And Practices

Our operating policies and practices are in line with our mission and philosophy.

You deserve the best, as such we schedule fewer patients per hour so that each doctor can personally answer all your questions and try to see you on time.

Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. However, if you need services outside our normal hours we will do our best to accommodate you. Our Ophthalmologists are available at all times for their patients. The answering service takes calls after hours and all messages are relayed to Dr. Pappas directly.

We accept all major insurance policies. Call our staff for details. We will gladly file the primary claims for you, however you are responsible for filing any other secondary insurance.

If you do not have insurance, our staff will provide you with information about outside financial assistance or structure a payment plan for you.

We have a “best price” program designed to offer discounts to patients who pay by cash, check, or charge card at the time of service. If we are not burdened with collection expenses, why should you have to pay for it?

We support organizations and groups that provide services for prevention and remediation of disorders of the vision system.

We offer free clinics, screening and seminars on glaucoma, cataract, laser, and refractive surgery. (Please call for details)
